Lack of LGBTQ+ representation in advertising, both on and off camera, is a huge issue that our industry faces.
So for Pride 2019, we wanted to show our support in a way that wasn’t just whacking a rainbow on something.
We created and delivered a free one day workshop for LGBTQ+ young people interested in a career in advertising, bringing them inspirational speakers, industry insights, an interactive working session, and loads of advice to help them get a foot in the door.
